For the first time in 60 years, an Oley Fair cookbook has been published containing winning contest recipes from the 2005 Oley Fair as well as recipes submitted by the many members of the Oley Fair Community. This includes the winning Apple Pie, Hershey’s Cake, Hershey’s Cookie, Shoo-Fly Pie, and Angel Food Cake recipes! The book contains 450 recipes as well as a history of the fair and many cooking tidbits!

The cost of the 3-ring binder book is only $15.00 and will be available beginning Saturday, September 16 at the 60th Anniversary Parade and throughout the week of the fair.
