The National Penn Bank will provide trophy cups which will be awarded to the Department Champions of our Annual Fair. They will be presented to the winners at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, of the Fair. POINTS SYSTEM First Prize.................................10 points each Second Prize..............................8 points each Third Prize.................................6 points each Fourth Prize...............................4 points each Fifth Prize..................................2 points each Best of Show...........................10 points each Grand Champion......................10 points extra Reserve Champion.....................5 points extra Each Exhibit Entered.................½ point each SAVINGS BOND DRAWING $50.00 U. S. Savings Bond Donated by the Amusement Ride Operator, Good Time Amusements. Adult and student exhibitors in the Fair area will be eligible for the single drawing of a $50.00 Savings Bond. **PREMIUM WINNERS** PLEASE do the membership booth a favor by picking up your check early! Sheep Dairy Management Contest Goats SCHOLARSHIP Oley Valley Community Fair Association awards an annual scholarship in the amount of $500 to an Oley Valley High School senior who will attend a school of higher education. Any Oley Valley High School senior is eligible, but the students must apply for it through the school, not the Fair directly. Recipient in 2009 was Kate Kemmerer The Oley Fair Association will also honor six senior students for their outstanding contribution to the Oley Fair and the community. The 2009 recipients were: Laura Bleiler, Joshua A. Eddinger, James Howe, Ryan Lynch, Kacy Shipe and Jennifer Updegrove.
