Section 10 - Living Landscape

1.	All entries will landscape an area that is approximately 10’ x 5’ x 10’H. On site landscaping may begin Monday of fair week and must be completed by 8:00 p.m. Tuesday of fair week.
2.	Entries must be pre-registered the Thursday prior to fair week, by calling (610) 987-3423.
3.	All entries must stay displayed intact until 10:00 p.m. Saturday. Entries must be removed no later than 12:00 p.m. Sunday, the day following the last day of the fair.
4.	The Oley Valley Community Fair Association is not responsible for damage to displays by natural disasters or individuals.
5.	It is the responsibility of the EXHIBITOR for care and maintenance of site and plants during the Fair.
6.	The display material may include live or dry plant material. NO artificial material is permitted.
7.	Plants must be displayed in containers as no digging of the grounds is permitted. The containers may be concealed with mulch or other similar materials.
8.	All plants must be identified on a tab that can be viewed by the public.
9.	The use of benches, fences, solar devices and nonpermanent walkways are permitted. NO electric will be available.

BEST OF SHOW, selected from Blue Ribbon Winners
in sections 1 - 10, will receive Rosette Ribbon.
