General Rules:

1. The use of fake, silk or artificial flowers is Prohibited.
2. Plants will not be accepted for exhibition if not growing in pots
    for 2 months.
3. The Fair Association will not undertake to return exhibits to or
    to be responsible for the return of exhibits. Baskets or
    containers must be supplied by exhibitor and will be given
    every possible care, but the management assumes no
    responsibility for their safety.
4. The Fair Association will supply bud vases for specimens only.
5. Flowers or plants entered for competition must be more than
    ordinary standard and quality to be entitled to an award.
6. All entries must be grown by exhibitor except for wild flowers
    classes and Department 17-3.
7. Count blooms, sprays, stems, or spikes carefully.
8. Entries must be on the grounds by 8 p.m. Tuesday prior
    to the Fair.
9. Enter Exhibits- Monday 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday 4-8 p.m.
10. Exhibits may be removed after 9:15 p.m. Saturday in the
     Volunteers Memorial Building, on a first come first served
     basis.
11. Any plant that is not removed shall be discarded or auctioned.
12. DO NOT removed containers that belong to the Fair
13.Houseplants- Only one plant per pot except in collection
     class. Pots not to exceed 10" in width, length, and height.      Plants must not extend more 12" below bottom of pot.
14. Each exhibitor is only permitted one entry per class.

1. Exhibits must be cut flowers grown by the exhibitors and must
    conform to the number of blooms, sprays, stems, or spikes as
    specified in each class.
2. Exhibitors should note that uniformity of height, color, and size
    is an important factor in evaluating entries. Flowers in each
    entry must be of one color and variety, unless otherwise specified.
3. Specimens must be placed in containers supplied by the Fair
    Association.
